You must be 21 Years of age, have a valid drivers license and credit card to rent. Credit accounts may be set up with either NPR or AFS Inc. for billing purposes. |

Stay Connected! NPR rents Cellular Phones! Digital service from Alaska Wireless! Fifty cents per minute reaches anywhere in the US. Access your own calling card for int’l calls. Equipment rental is an additional $5/day.

Fuel Options 1-Prepay your tank at $3.50* per gallon.. 2-Fill yourself at the current pump price*. 3-We fill for your convenience at $8.00* per gallon. Subject to change based on daily pump price at time of sale.

ACF (Airport Concession Fee): 9.00% of Rental Term (Insurance, terminal fee, parking)
RAF (Rural Access Fee): $13.50 per Rental Agreement (Licensing, shipping expenses)
Seasonal Rate Increases Rates subject to 1.25 increase “A” Season December 26th to April 15th “B” Season June 15th to November 20th
Free Pick Up and Delivery Service: Customer must present a valid driver license and sign rental agreement per instructions on delivery notice to avoid additional non compliance charge.
